Part of my Tables series, this is a little triptych of my friends hanging out on the balcony of a house we rented in the South of France several years ago. It's the first painting that I started exploring the idea of moving the painting out from the wall and surrounding the viewer slightly with the painted space. I've included a separate image showing just the painted image.
